HomeGroup Listener 服务因 %%-2147023143 服务特定错误而停止。
即使把HomeGroup Listener 依存的所有服务开启也不能启动，
这个问题搜了很多次了，今天在一个老外的论坛中找到了解决办法，
原文如下：
I was having the same error on my computer as well. I picked up a comment on another forum website for an older problem and their problem seemed to be created by having the Windows Firewall Service disabled in the Services and Applications> Services section. I found when I set Windows Firewall service back to automatic and Started it, I was then able to go to the service Homegroup Listener and I changed that service to Automatic and was able to then Start Homegroup Listener.
This at least was a fix I could do without risk to my system as the changes would have been easy to reverse, but they worked for me. Maybe others can try that and post back here with their results.
先启动防火墙服务，并把启动类型设为自动，然后把HomeGroup Listener 设为自动，这样就可以启动HomeGroup Listener 了。
